For some Christians the call to serve our Lord is irresistible and to many has become the single most burning passion of their life. Christ’s Kids Sport Ministry and the people associated to it have been given a heart from our Lord Jesus Christ to help others who are broken and/or lost. It is our desire to dedicate our time and lives to spread the gospel and help His suffering children of all ages.

There are many areas of concern and need in America that we as the body of Christ, need to address. The Bible clearly states and mandates that we are to help those less fortunate than ourselves.

Christ’s Kids Sport Ministry’s top priority is bringing the Lord’s children to Him. Through teaching, reaching and helping in the area of sports, indoor/outdoor activities, camps and clinics. Our goal is to the homeless; at-risk youth; lower income families, single parents with specific outreach of education, skills, encouragement and spiritual growth.

Christ’s Kids Sport Ministry is also dedicated to providing additional help by acting as a connecting resource to and for other agencies who specialize in such areas as drug & alcohol rehabilitation, counseling, medical, housing, food and clothing needs.

Our drive comes from our strong belief in Jesus Christ and His simple command to spread the gospel and love our neighbors. It is a privilege to serve the Lord while giving Him the glory for the work!

Some agencies and organizations we are currently working with to accomplish our goals are: Shepherd’s Gate, Prison Fellowship Ministries, Allen Temple Baptist Church, Golden Hills Learning Center, and STAND Against Domestic Violence.

Shepherd’s Gate has earned a reputation in Northern California for rebuilding shattered lives. Since 1984, we have helped over 7,600 battered and homeless women and children.

Founded in 1976 by Chuck Colson, Prison Fellowship partners with local churches across the country to minister to a group that society often scorns and neglects: prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families.

Allen Temple Baptist Church was organized in 1919 and has a rich heritage of making a positive difference in the lives of people in East Oakland, the Bay Area and around the world. Dedicated to the youth of Allen Temple Baptist Church and the Oakland Community with organized sports activities in order to build strong character and sportsmanship.
